(Old Basing or Monk Sherbourne), Hampshire 1730s. Other family names in Hampshire are Yates, Saunders, Morgan, Kew and Hawks. Also Thomas DICKER of Silchester, clockmaker and Jesse Dicker, gamekeeper.

LAWES	In 1901, I had relatives living in the area - Edward James Lawes, wife & daughter, also Annie Lawes, James & Emma Lawes & George Lawes, blacksmith. If anyone has any info, greatly appreciated.
LEWCOCK	Looking for info. on William Edward Lewcock who married Evelyn Lucas from Basing on July 2, 1904 at Priory Church, Monk Sherborne. The Lewcock family came from Pamber Green. I think the Lewcocks lived at Ively Cottage at the time.
